주요업무:
- Deploy appropriate manpower in the right place, at the right time
- Handle guarantee claim/complaint letter from customer or Product Companies
Responsibilities:
- Arrange field service inquiry, planning man-power for field service and warranty works, request necessary sub-contractors for field service
- Job wise technical feedback to customers and Product Companies
- Checking & verification of the job result / time sheet / technical report
- Handling field service work card

3. Field Service Resources Team Leader
주요업무
- Lead and manage assigned activities and organisation in accordance with strategies to reach quality & efficiency targets as well as ensuring of customer satisfaction
- Create the action plan for relevant organisation in line with business strategy and implement assigned actions
- Ensure that technical and operating issues/tasks are solved in optimised way
- Keep and maintain targeted business KPIs/PPIs in responsible organization
Responsibilities:
- Managing and ensuring the FS resources availability for FS activities
- Developing competences and related trainings for FS resources
- Supporting technical issue/solutions in service business activities
- Planning and budgeting the FS Capex (Tools, Machine, Hardware and etc.)
- Managing customer relationship & satisfaction with CROL
- Searching and developing new business/service categories in local
- Working in accordance with business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines
- Monitoring and reporting business performance with FS resources
- Maintaining/updating all of personnel documentation for required FS activities
- Controlling rework/non-conformity issues with related parties
- Keeping optimum BR,UR,IUR KPIs.
